CHRISTMAS INFORMATION regarding returns. Please click here.

We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving them, so long as they have the original tags on them, have not been worn and are not tainted by smoke or marked with make-up. We will not refund items that are.

Please read the product descriptions carefully before ordering, as Carhartt is mostly US sized.

You can avail of our returns partner, ParcelHub, to send back your items. Visit www.parcelhub.ie/, we're on the list of retailers, fill out your details and pay for a return label. Then drop it to the post office and we'll get it back and issue your refund then. It's all secure and tracked.

We do not offer exchanges, due to the volatile nature of stock levels at the moment. We will refund you for the items returned but we can not refund the shipping cost and the cost of returning the item.

If you do not wish to use ParcelHub for returns, please use a tracked service as we cannot issue a refund until we receive the items back. They are the responsibility of the sender until we receive them.
